Movement to music is back!

Now that, hopefully, most of the stormy weather is past, Movement to Music classes resume on Tuesday

  • Level 1 at 14:00 to 14:45

  • Level 2 at 15:15 to 16:00

  • Tea and Chat at 14:45 to 15:15


Newcomers are welcome, ladies and gentlemen 🙂

The Health Section (Movement to Music) classes are continuing to run at the special rate of £4.00 per session. Tea and cake (optional) are available at £1.50 during the Tea and Chat break.
