ENROLMENT NOTES
Ages 3-5 years, all classes are general.
At the age of 6 years (Juveniles), classes are divided as follows:
Single Subject:

Classical Ballet
Combos:
-
Tap & Modern
-
Highland & National
As pupils progress, Tap & Modern become separate classes, as the work for each discipline requires longer. Other subjects continue as combinations.
In classical ballet, pointe work is not permitted before the feet are fully formed at 12 years of age.
Note: If a child is 6 before the end of December of the current school year, he/she may join the class and subject of choice in Juveniles, instead of the general 5-year-olds class.

(FOR CONTINUING PUPILS)
Notes:
1. This form can be used for either a single pupil or for families where more than one member attends classes.
2. You only need to fill in ONE annual update form per family, unless your details change mid-year.
3. We comply with Data Protection regulations. The information on this form will be held securely and deleted when you/your children are no longer students of the Esk Academy of Dancing.
4. This annual update ensures your details are still accurate.
